"Now that we're here, It's so far away All the struggle we thought was in vain All the mistakes, One life contained They all finally start to go away Now that we're here its so far away And I feel like I can face the day I can forgive and I'm not ashamed to be the person that I am today"
A gentle breeze of the fall season pushed through the land, causing the grasses of different hues to bow against their will. In the midst of this moving sea, a form stood out, refusing the let such a force make her bow down. The snow white hairs that made beast's pelt, moved slowly like gentle waves and shimmered beneath the moonlight. Marks of jade seemed to almost appeared florescent upon the white pelt, while eyes of the same hue produced a unimaginable glow that was only of high notice in the dark. The form held its skull up toward the sky, staring at the black mass overhead. Countless glowing orbs decorated the canvas, and the creature stared in wonder at those that made formations and those that were spaced out from others. This was done for many a moon, after it had lost everything. From that very first night up to the present, glowing lime eyes always focused on what was above, thinking of why things happened the way they did... And if any of it could have been prevented. Pale banner flicked slightly from behind, moving itself so that it could wrap around the beast. It was a way to bring comfort, since there was no other there to do that. Sides heaved out a heavy sigh, allowing its mind to slip back to the memory of when she first saw her new Alphen. In all honesty, she was quiet afraid. Not from him, but more from rejection. After her run-in with the odd wolf before she lost her pack, she felt that no one would accept her because of her change. But, the male proved her wrong and allowed her onto his land. "I can't screw this up," she whispered to herself with determination. "I've spent so long blaming myself for what happened... I won't let something like that repeat. If this pack is ever threatened, I will do all I can to protect them, even if I have to die."

In a short distance away, a wolf was watching the white wolf in curiosity. This wolf wasn't really part of a pack, therefore he was more of a wonderer than a wolf who stays in one area, but he did learn many things by doing this, even if it may seem risky at times.
The black was mainly black in color, as black as coal itself. The wolf had two white markings coming down his muzzle starting from eye to bottom of jaw. His eyes were almost completely white, but they were visible to be seen by others, this wolfs name was koal, a wolf who was emotionless most of the time, he was different than the rest, but he was kinda like the white wolf with the lime eyes, but Koal was born with it rather than gaining it though some unknown event.
Koal crouched low, trying to become hidden the other wolfs eyes. . Koal wasn't sure how this other wolf was act toward him, therefore was being caution, Koal was trying to avoid repeating his past mistakes. As Koal watch, he noticed that this wolf had markings down its muzzle alot like Koal,, Koal began to grow more curious about the white wolf.

Twin peaks upon her skull twirled slightly. There wasn't much to be heard, except for the rustling of the grass that surrounded her. She figured, for the most part, that she was alone and could allow herself to relax just slightly. Just slightly though... It would be foolish to think that there was never a possible threat lingering nearby. Just as the wolfess was about to lower her form down onto a pale underbelly, the autumn breeze changed direction. Nostrils flared. She wasn't alone. In a single moment, she was up. Her lips were raised, creating deep ridges along the top of her muzzle as sharp ivories bared themselves. Quickly, she turned toward the newcomer, emitting a deep growl but not allowing it to be too vicious. The female hadn't been apart of the pack for long, and she didn't want to mistakingly growl at one who was apart of the pack. Again, she sniffed. No, this beast didn't smell of the pack. The scent of this creature was like the one she used to hold before the Alphen allowed her onto this land. One paw reached out slightly before her form, then firmly rested upon the earth below. Skull lowered down slightly, muscles relaxing. Her mind raced, preparing for any possible conflicts that could arise. Peering through the long strands that sprouted in the meadow, the she-wolf scanned the area before her. All that laid before her gaze was darkness... Darkness and... Wait. 'What's that?' she thought, narrowing her gaze slightly in hopes of making it out. Two pale orbs were hovering off in the distance. However, neither broke formation from each other. They approached slowly, always remaining side-by-side. 'Eyes.' She finally figured out. 'They are eyes.' She pressed her front paws more firmly upon the earth, feeling her talons sink into the slightly damp dirt. "Who's there?" she finally snarled, wondering if this creature would give a reply back.

The muscles in Koal's legs began to tighten as this female white wolf easily noticed he was around, although Koal should have predictable this would happen as it is impossible to be stealthy when your own scent carry among the wind toward another wolf's nose.
Seeing as Koal cannot continue to hide, Koal slowly gets up from his crunched position, but the muscles in his legs were still tense, readdy to either flee, or fight for his life. Koal slowly began to walk forward, soon revealing more and more of himself to the white wolf as he drew closer.
"I mean you no harm.." Koal said as his voice remained emotionless, but there was a small hint of caution in his tune of voice. Koal slowly sat down just a few feet from the white wolf. Koal's almost white eyes scanned the white wolf, trying to see if she was the Alphess or not. If she was, Koal would try to be respectful and show she was more superior than Koal, no matter if Koal seemed stronger or quicker than the white wolf that stood before him.

Auds twitched slightly upon her crania, detecting more then just movement. 'Male,' she knew instinctively, listening to the deep notes that shattered the silence. However, she knew there was no reason to relax just yet. The female found no comfort in his words. Rather, all she found was an empty, blank feeling that made her guard stay up. In silence, the she-wolf took observation of the dark creating breaking the solid air around them, outlining himself so that she could see the beast more clearly. With closer observation, she took notice of pale markings. Markings that were quiet similar to those that streaked from the bottom of each of her very own eyes. Another moment passed. A low snort erupted from her vocals. 'Hm... What's his reason for being here then?' she questioned, feeling her banner twitched slightly behind her form before lowering toward the ground and falling limp. He seemed to be of no threat at the moment, even as he carefully moved to place himself on his rear just mere feet away. "So then," she started, tail holding itself parallel to the ground to point out her suspicion while her auds pulled back, taunt on her skull. "If you are not here to bring harm, what's your purpose?"

"You see.." Koal began to say before a short moment of silence passed. "I am a traveler, I often travel to other lands. I never stay in one place unless there was something important or urgent.." Koal said. It's true, Koal would never stay in one area as his mind often wonders whats going on in other lands and weather or not there was something good going or, or something bad.
Koal was emotionless for a reason, it made him calm and made his senses slightly sharper and to be more aware of his surroundings. Being emotionless also sometimes helps him feel what other wolves are feeling such as fear, happiness, threated. Right now, Koal was feeling that the white wolf no longer felt threated, but Koal was still feeling some cautions toward him.
"Am I trespassing? I do not know which lands are owned by what Alpha or Alphess." Koal said, he was beginning to show that he was being caution and careful and slightly defensive just incase someone or something were to attack him.

Her banner made a small motion downward, no longer being held rigid and in a posture for cation. Ears started to slowly turn toward the male that sat in the dark before her, allowing themselves to stand limply upon her skull. Dark, moist nostrils gave a slight flare, taking in not only the scent of her new home, but this new creature as well. Whether or not his scent would be something she would grow familiar too, she did not know. But she figured for now, she would remember it. 'Trespassing is one thing. Knowing that you are doing it or not is another.' Florescent glowing eyes allowed themselves to lock onto the brute. She continued to keep her muscles relaxed, ready for anything that may arise. 'Where's the leader when you need them? I'm certainly not use to dealing with packs, and I am most certainly not use to dealing with those who are on the land without permission,' she thought in dismay, feeling her mug fall must slightly as ears lowered a bit in shame. And yet, she did swear to herself just moments before that no matter the cost, she would protect this new family of her's. So, if any threat was to be presented from this creature, she would do all she could to take him down. "Hm?" The she-wolf perked up a bit, tilting her head off to one side to show her confusion. "How do you not know? The boundaries are marked to show what land is owned by who. The lands that bear no scent is where those who belong to no pack walk freely."

"As true as it may seem, but I have not picked up any other scents besides your own around here." Koal said as he raised his head and tried to smell other other scents, but the only scent he picked up as the one from the white wolf, perhaps Koal is not close enough pick up the scent of other pack members. Koal lower his head once he was trying smelling the air. "Perhaps we should introduce ourselfs so that we are no longer strangers." Koal suggested, although maybe suggesting it now was a bit too earlier.
Koal looked at the white wolf's face for a moment. "If you don't mind me asking, but how did you get those markings?" Koal asked in curiosity as he tilted his head to the side while lowering his right ear. Koal was guessing that this white wolf was like Koal, different.

'That's strange,' she thought, feeling her nose give the slightest twitched. Though she couldn't smell the scents of her new family, she could detect that the land she was on was claimed. The faintest scent of the Alphen lingered, allowing any to know that they were on his land or approaching it. 'This beast before me... He's different from others I've encountered on my journeys.' The dark male lowered his head after taking the time to try and pick up scents, pale eyes unmoving as they now glanced at her. 'My name?' Again, she felt her thoughts ringing through her mind. The wolfess had grown to become hesitant and afriad to trust to many, but a friend and companion to some. So, what would this brute be to her then? One she could call a friend? Or would he become one that she would have to keep an eye out for? Well, either way was a risk. "Sophia," the female said quietly, allowing her form to take posture of her low status before her hindquarters began to lower to the ground, placing herself in a sitting position. Her light jade gaze stared into the face of the male, curiosity now pulsing through her veins. However, the feeling vanished by one simple question of the newcomer. "My... Markings..." Her tone traveled out broken, and almost inaudible. The appearance of her face had altered just slightly, before she fought it off and allowed herself to look as she had prior to the question. The answer didn't come right away, for she was wages battles internally. She had never once told any living beast of how she gained the marks after her pack was destroyed. The female was not sure what any one would think or how they would take it. After a long minute, a sigh surged out from her lips. She figured the truth was better than trying to beat around the bush. "A long time ago, just as I was leaving my pup stage and becoming more useful to my former pack, trespassers invaded. I was young, and far from strong still." Her mug fell just slightly, focusing upon the grass that surrounded them. "A new scent had filled my nostrils, but before anything could process in my head, I was pinned. The wolf upon me was different, and I could tell just by looking. He wasn't like the ones with wings or markings in my pack." The glow of her gaze seemed to have gotten a bit brighter out of a sudden change in her mood. "His fangs pierced me... Nothing was the same since that bite. My appearance had altered while my strength and senses became more acute compared to others."

Koal tilted his head the other way as he noticed Sophia's short moment of silence, but just as she began to speak, Koal's right ear twitched and moved toward her to listened to her story. After she finished, he began thinking about for before a bit. "Sounds like you've been gifted for some reason..." Koal said as he went into a moment of silence. "Perhaps some kind of destiny?" Koal guessed. Koal has never heard of such a story before in his life and never knew you could gain powers though a bite, there was but many things Koal could learn.
"I am Koal, I am not from this lands, so I guess you could call me a outsider. I've recently found this land since two days ago, and so far I've visited three areas." Koal said as his eyes showed trust in Sophia, although could other begins in this area such as the Alpha or Alphess be trusted as well? only time will tell.

"Destiny, huh?" Pale lids diminished the glow that was produced from her eyes, falling over her gaze as she allowed herself to be lost into a moment of brief thought. Destiny? Did it really all work like that? From the moment she was birthed... Was it really all planned? She felt the formation of so many questions come flooding through her mind. She grew to love the female who murdered her parents. She was the only one to be saved when her brothers and sisters were brutally torn apart. She was raised like an heir... Yet was left with no pack to run. 'Could that all really have been destiny?' She thought, allowing her gaze to finally ignite once more as she lifted her lids. 'And if so, where will it lead me now that I have another home? Will harm find me again? Or can I live in peace and try to make something of myself?' The swiveling of her auds snapped her back to the present, catching the brute's voice and focusing on his words. "Koal." She whispered the name just slightly, her gaze seeming to narrow before gaining a slightly soft look, then returning to normal. "Its a pleasure," she said, allowing a hint of friendliness to play in with the mixture of her tone. She listened more, curiosity now glazing over her eyes as he spoke. 'Three places? Ah... Other packs must be formed around here. Well, there is no surprise to that... This land is a wonder of its own. Of course others would come to claim areas.' A slight smirk played at her muzzle just briefly. 'Maybe I was destined to come to this pack and destined to meet Koal.' At that moment, she was glad he couldn't read her mind. Her sarcasm wasn't always welcomed by others, and she wasn't too sure how this new acquaintance would react to it. But what she did want him to know was that she understood what he meant by "destiny" and did take that into serious thought.

Koal closed his eyes as a slight grin spread across his face. "This world is full of wonders." Koal said as his mind kinda wondered as he continued to speak. "There is many things we could not understand, yet it seems to happen for some reason or possible planned by some being greater than what we can possibly posssess..." Koal said as he opened his eyes.
"In the near future, all will be foretold, I just don't know when and where." Koal said as he looked down. "Such as myself, my father, vang, told me I was different than others, yet he wouldn't explain. All he said that I would discovery it on my own." Koal said as his gaze returned to look at Sophia. "Although ever since I left my parents home, I have yet to discovery on what is different about me except for my almost white eyes and the markings upon my face." Koal said.

"We are all different," Sophia whispered, feeling her skull look up toward the sea of stars that soared above them. "Everyone one of us. No two wolves can ever be alike..." She searched through the glowing balls of light that dotted the sky, before allowing her gaze to stop upon the largest orb up there: the moon. For a while, silence overcame her. The tip of her tassel found its way to her right foreleg, which is slightly curled around. All became still, including the grass of different shades in the meadow as the breeze came to a immediate halt. "The way we talk, walk, hold ourselves, feel, think, that is what makes you different from me. Yet, we are still wolves. That's what makes us similar. Your father is right to say you are different, but looks alone is not what makes you different." "However," she continued, "I do understand that he may see something within you that I myself cannot see nor can you." A light smile tugged at her lips, causing her to allow her muzzle to point back to him as her eyes readjusted. "So for all I know, you could be far more unique then I am." As those words escaped from her mouth, a small friendly smile washed over her features and then vanished almost as quickly as it came. "So, Koal, if you don't mind my asking, what made you decide to always roam?" It was something she knew had to be different for all wanderers. Like him, she used to roam, and she had her own reasons for it. So she figured he must have his as well. It was probable that he only roamed just to try and discover what his father had meant by him being "different" but for all she knew, there could be more to that.

"I roam as I grow curious to each land and to wonder what may be happening weather it is of great danger or if theres a something grand going on such as a important event." Koal said as he looked toward the same moon Sophia was looking at. Koal felt more calm at night as the air was cooler around at the time, but something about cold air that made him feel comfortable.
"Whatever may be the reason, I hope whatever I found about myself will be useful to the world." Koal said as he closed his eyes and let out a long relaxed sigh. Who knows, Koal might follow in Vang's feet steps and become a well known hero, although Koal wouldn't gain Vang's nickname 'The Cold One' since Koal's personality was slightly different.
"Although..." Koal began to say as he opens his eyes and looks at Sophia. "I have began to feel something inside me grow strong for those past few moons..." Koal said.

Her gaze remained focus up in the sky, but she clung carefully to his words and listened as he spoke of why he roamed. Truthfully, that was the reason many wolves roamed the land when they had no pack. It was not much of a surprise to her. Yet, she could understand at the same time. Whenever she had heard of some upcoming event such as a fight between rivaling packs, she had a tendency to edge her way close to the fighting lands without trespassing and watch from afar. As the cool air swarmed around them, she felt herself feeling more at ease in her new home... Though there was no more roaming for her, she felt that this really was where she was meant to be. That maybe a purpose for her would arise from this very pack and that she may be of use to her new Alphen. Her auds gave an unmistakable twitch as she found her skull lowering quite slowly, eyes carefully moving toward Koal's direction. Indeed, this male was growing far more interesting to her with each passing moment. Of the many loners and wanderers she ever encountered on her travels, not once did she expect to find one quiet as interesting as he. Those she met on her travels could care less of their lives or the lives of others. But Koal wanted to be of use to the world, and she found herself admiring that fact. When he spoke again, a growing curiosity was building within her chest. The feeling he may feel could relate to how she felt when she awoke after her bite... Yet what he has has to be something he was born with and not transmitted from one beast to the other. "Do you have a vague idea of what may be going on inside you?" She questioned, her eyes clearly showing the excitement and wonder that was pulsing through her body.
