Rin follows Whaya also keeping a eye and nose out for any animals.

As Wahya walks, he picks up the scent of a animal nearby, "Looks like I just hit my luck.." Wahya then starts to run toward the scent as it gets stronger.
He stops when he notices a elk in the distance, Wahya watches it as he notices it was alone and was a decent size, Wahya licks his chops, "This is going to be a good meal...." Wahya starts to creep foward as he gets closer to the elk.

Rin stops and notices the elk, She crouches down and creeps after the elk a little behind Whaya.

*Hitoban and Tsuki emerge into the woods after finding the meadow empty. She followed Wahya's scent to the best of her ability and soon noticed Rin's scent coming too. They soon found them stalking an elk. Hitoban crept up-just loud enough so as not to frighten them, but also not so loud she would give their position away to the elk. She whispered to Rin.*
"Hello Rin. Long time no see, yes? Hunting for the winter?"

A large, silver wolf pounces on the elk, ripping it's head off in a single, efficient attack. He then began to slowly drag it away. A small black thing rode on his shoulder. It had the shape and features of a wolf, but was the size of a small owl.
"Haha! Nice one!" It cheered, "see? I told you I'd find some food, and my information is never wrong!"
"Yeah, yeah," The big one said, "why else do you think I keep you around, Girardot? Your good looks?" He chuckled.
"Hey, now..." Girardot sighed, "Heh, you're just joking around, right?"
The big guy set the elk down for a moment and looked at Girardot, "Think what you want... I can't help it if I'm gruff."

Rin jumped and spun to face Hitoban, and sighed, "Hey Hitoban, yeah I guess it has been a while...." Rin noticed the other silver wolf take out the elk, "I have a feeling Whaya ain't going to be too happy about that one..." she chukled.

Tsuki looked over in the direction of Rin's prey...
"Dad?" He gasped. Tsuki jumped out of the bushes and greeted the two.
"Where's your brother?" Mar said, without even looking up.
Kage appeared beside them, "Nice to see you, too."

*Hitoban looked at the scene and glared at the two wolves. Then she noticed Tsuki's reaction and curiosity colored her expression.*
"No, he wont. I won't say anything about it since it was to be his kill, but it is still quite rude."
*She smiled at Rin, and then turned, looking back at Tsuki.*
"Rin, you know Tsuki, and Kage-his brother. I'm assuming the large one is his father?"

Rin nodded to Tsuki and then to Kage, "We've met once or twice, don't think we've ever had a good conversation before, though I don't think I've met Kage before...."

"Huh?" Tsuki spun 'round to face Hito and Rin. "Oh yeah! Hi, Rin!"
Mar strolled elegantly toward them, looked at Rin, then Hito, then laughed, "Don't tell me they're both yours?!? Haha!"
"Dad! Come on, now!" Kage snapped.
Mar looked at the two again, "Forgive me if I toy with my sons, won't you?"

*Hitoban smiled at Mar and gave a small nod of her head. Her tail lowered to where it was higher than everyone's except Mar's. She knew how to give respect when it was needed.*
"Of course. You must be Mar. I am Hitoban; I am very pleased to meet you."

"Ah, so you're Hitoban," Mar nodded, then he looked out to the sky. He seemed pleased, but at the same time, unsettled...
He turned to Hitoban and looked intently into her eyes.
"You are strong? Can you raise a family? Help lead the pack? Protect it from danger? Do you think that you are able?"

*Hitoban was slightly caught off-guard by Mar's question, but quickly recovered, her tail rising a fraction of an inch.*
"I have been the Alpha of a pack before. I have devoted my life to becoming stronger, and I am sure I can handle this. I believe in myself, and I believe in my Tsuki. *She flashed a smile at Tsuki, then looked back to Mar.* "I know I can do this. I have never been a mother before, so I am sure that will be a new experience, but I am confident in myself as well as Tsuki to help and raise a family. You have no need to fear."

"Don't interrupt, girl." Mar snapped at Rin.
Kage and Tsuki gaped. They'd assumed he'd ask a few questions, but not that he'd be rude about it.
He never did tolerate anything less than "capable" Kage seethed, that's why he did what he did to us... to make us more than we were meant to be! Kage growled softly.
Mar seemed approving after Hito had finished, and he strode away, carrying the elk in tow. "I'll be back before morning!"
