The Moon's Slumber

*Hitoban smiles warmly at Nasgi.*

"Hello again Nasgi. It's nice to see you."

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Nasgi looks to Hitoban, "Oh, hi..... and you are again" Nasgi grins, "I am bad with names..."

*Hitoban laughs and shakes her head.*

"I'm Hitoban! You honestly don't remember me?"

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Nasgi stands, "I remember the face, but the name lost me..." Nasgi chuckles.

*Hitoban smiles and shakes her head.*

"No, it's okay. I understand. I can't quite remember...have you met Dawn?"

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Nasgi looks over to Dawn, "Never seen her so no."

*Dawn smiles and nods casually.*

"Pleased to meet you Nasgi. I am Dawn."

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Nasgi turns away not to show his face, "Hey Dawn...."

Wahya raises a eyebrow to his unusal behavior.

[Tsukikage]

Tsuki and Kage were standing near Hitoban and Dawn, respectively, and were just watching the conversation rather pleasantly. Mar, however, was eying Nasgi with a bit of suspicion, particularly when he greeted Dawn. It was unusual behavior to look away from the person you are speaking to. Kage saw this and flared, "Hey! Is Dawn not good enough to talk to her face? Is that it?" he snarled, "C'mon! Answer you!"
Tsuki stepped between Kage and Nasgi, "Calm down, Kage, I'm sure Nasgi's got a perfectly good reason to... turn... away?" He turned to Nasgi, "Hey, wait a second! That doesn't even make sense! You shy or something?"
Mar shook his head and laughed, "C'mon boys, I'm sure he meant no disrespect to Dawn, right, Nasgi?"

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Nasgi snaps up and quickly runs over to Kage, with his large body he stands over Kage looking down at him with his golden red eyes, "Dont judge me!" Nasgi steps away and looks away.

"I have my reasons...."

Wahya takes a step foward being curious about Nasgi's actions.

*Hitoban blinks a few times, trying to understand the situation. She looks at Dawn with a quizzical look on her face, and Dawn returns her expression. They shake their heads dismissively at the same time and chuckle softly. Dawn turns around and walks back over to Kage; Hitoban turns and walks back over to Tsuki. Dawn gives him a small nudge with her face against his neck and speaks softly and calmingly to him.*

It's alright Kage...I'm sure he meant no disrespect. Please do not lose your temper.

*Hitoban smiles at Tsuki and then speaks, her eyes not moving from Tsuki's.*

"So, if we've got everyone, shall we continue on?"

[Tsukikage]

Tsuki gazed at Hitoban, "Sure, let's go." He figured Kage wouldn't appreciate advice at this point, so he let it go, hoping his brother would get over it.
Mar kept track of Nasgi until they were well on their way, just in case. Nasgi was big, but Mar was easily bigger than him, the question he hoped it never came down to was who was more skilled and ruthless.
Dante kept a close eye on Kage the whole time, and noticed that he hadn't flinched when confronted by the larger wolf.
Kage skulked as they walked off, Geez, that guy's big... but I swear, if he ever does that to her again, I'll rip his head off! He looked up at Dawn and raised his head, realizing how obvious his attitude must've been, "I just... I just didn't want him to be rude to you... that's all, honest." He smiled, but it was one of those unconvincing smiles used to attempt to distract someone from the real issue. Whether or not Dawn bought it was a different story.

Wahya looks at Nasgi a little longer then follows them as they start to walk toward their lands. Wahya takes one more glance at Nasgi as he walks away.

Nasgi notices that the grey wolf had kept a eye on him while he walked off. He just lays back down and looks to the other wolves in the back.

[Tsukikage]

Mar turned, and noticed how dwarfing Nasgi was in comparison to the rest of them. Then when he looked back as they were walking, he noticed that the other wolves were much smaller than himself.
"Dante..." He whispered, "will I ever be normal again?"
Dante looked down at the rather disturbing distance between himself and the ground, "Er, I don't know, really... we could try more transmutations, when I recover, but..."
"But what?"
"Well, this is the disease that wiped out your ancestors, yes? That was designed to eliminate them all very quickly, either by killing each other and then dying, or merely dying off themselves. Your case is quite different, but I am afraid of what further tampering will do."
"So I'm to stay this way forever?" He demanded, with a hushed tone, to avoid detection, "What will Jira think? I can't go back like this!"

Tsuki stepped closer to his father, looking straight ahead and keeping pace with the group. He did not look up, but whispered, "Mom loves you. I can feel it. She'll understand, and in the meantime, Dante can do what he can to fix you up... though... if what I've heard about this is true, that may not be such a good idea." Mar gasped, he thought he'd been careful not to be too loud... but Tsuki was an empath, after all... perhaps he felt it. Mar lowered his head to Tsuki's level, "But I'm like a horse! This is insane! Tsuki, I can't keep living like this!" He sighed, "Besides, it's going to take more to feed me now, and who knows how much of my life this has taken already... It may be easier to just-"
"No." Tsuki interrupted firmly, "It's not for you to decide when to die, that'll happen when your time comes, no sooner, understand?" He spoke not a single word more, and marched back beside Hitoban.

Wahya over hears the conversation with Tsuki and Mar, Hmmm, now that he mentions it, he is rather..... large for a wolf.... I mean, he is even bigger than Nasgi.... Wahya continues to follow.
