Arrival

*Hina and Maname looked at each other skeptically and groaned when they were hugged. Then they laughed and tried their best to squeeze him back.*

Well, I know my brother enough to know what he wants to say. Plus, we've talked about this a lot before and we all agreed we would stay together. But I am happy my little sister's found a pack to join.

*Daisuke nodded and laughed a little.*

Hina is the more outspoken of us, so she normally does all the talking.

Rin opened one eye and looked over at Maname and the others, it felt like she hadn't slept at all but she stood and streached, before giving her fur a shake and sitting down, she looked kinda like a zombie, her eyes couldn't seem to focus on anything she shook her head again to try to wake up, whiched help somewhat, at least she didn't look like a zombie anymore, she wasn't much of a morning person. She sighed and prodded her sleeping brother who just groaned and rolled back over. Rin shook her head and remained where she was.

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Wahya, deep in the forest, had not stop through the night as he continued to find something to eat. His stomach growling loudly now as he grunts, "There has to be something in this damn forest..."

At that time Wahya said that, he heard what sounded like a scream. His ears perked to the sound. He turns and makes his way toward it, he get closer as he hears another scream. He comes to a bush behind a opening to find a elk all alone.

A trap..... or just a stupid elk..

Wahya narrows his eyes as he makes his way forward to the elk.

[Tsukikage]

"Well," Mar chuckled, "as long as you're all agreed. Just don't let a girl push you around, hehe." Mar walked over to Tsuki and watched over him carefully, "Though, at this point I just hope we all get there... or there won't be a pack to join."

*Hitoban woke with a start and looked around. Tsuki was still asleep, but Mar was awake, and it seemed the three healer siblings were awake. Rin was also awake and Hitoban felt foolish, waking after so many people. She was normally an early riser, but she'd slept in this morning. She yawned and stretched, then looked at Mar.*

"Good morning Mar. How are you feeling?"

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

The elk was munching on some grass unaware of Wahya closing in on it. Wahya looks at his meal as he licks his chops. The elk looks up and turns to the direction of Wahya, by the time the elk saw Wahya, he had already lept for the elk throat bringing it to the ground.

The elk starts to kick and squirm as Wahya shakes its throat viscously. It continues to kick a little longer before stopping. Wahya lets go and looks around, It looks safe...

Wahya moves to the body of the elk and starts to eat his kill.

[Tsukikage]

Mar had drifted off into thought again, and was a bit startled by Hitoban, but he shook it off and resumed his cheery demeanor. "Oh, 'morning Little Miss." He said, "I'm feeling..." He gazed off again... what was he feeling? That wasn't the question... she asked "how"... Hmm... "I'm feeling like I'm... overdue, if that makes sense. I just wish these complications hadn't arisen, and I could get back home. I... I wasn't a good alpha, or father for that matter, and I want to make it up to them. I just hope I'm not too late."
A tear rolled down his cheek onto Tsuki's new leg. It was completely covered in fur now, though there was a visible "seam" of sorts. It looked like his recovery was going to be complete.
Tsuki smiled, and his eyes blinked open. "I had the most horrible dream; I thought that I-" His sentence was cut off when he felt that his leg was a bit... off. He rose and looked solemnly at Hitoban, "I... this... where's my leg? What happened to me?" he stuttered.
Mar explained the situation as calmly as possible, and Tsuki nodded in acknowledgment. "I see... this... doesn't change anything, does it?" He asked Hitoban, "I mean, we've got things to do, places to be... this... this won't affect anyone else, right?"
Mar nodded deeply, "Theoretically, you and Kage combined the affliction when I merged your bodies, but Kenji and Merida have shown no signs of this, so it's assumed that you carried the last of it. Shimo said that he was able to remove it, but we really don't know enough about it to tell for certain. I'm fine so far, so it'd be safe to assume that the transmutation was successful."
Tsuki turned and held Hitoban close, "I just don't want to die yet; I don't want to lose you."

"Well, then I have some good news." Kage said before his body appeared, "I checked everything out, and the new leg is functioning normally for now, so we can move on. If it starts acting up, given that chance of a partial recovery or whatever, I'll go back and give my strength to Tsuki, so really, there shouldn't be any serious problems."
Kage smiled, "Besides, as long as I'm around, which is basically forever, you won't have to do any hunting or anything."
"Are you saying that my leg won't work?!?" Tsuki barked.
"Not at all," Kage replied, more soberly, "I'm just saying that it's ready for use, but not fully adjusted, so unless you have serious need, we walk. If you do need to run for any reason, I'll lend you my strength to help protect the leg while it's settling in. And this is not an option. I may not be a healer, but I certainly know a thing or two about your body. You may be the alpha, but I'm gonna have to pull the 'big-brother' card, got it?"
Tsuki nodded, and hugged Hitoban again, "Sorry about slowing us down, Heets."

*Hitoban smiled and nuzzled Tsuki.*

"It's fine. I love to be anywhere in my mother's land...my land...our land now."

*She turned her head to look at Kage just as Dawn came to stand beside him.*

"And as to you helping Tsuki, not only are you his big brother, but you're now his Beta, so it's your job to help him anyway...now you just have that doubled."

*Hitoban laughed lightly and smiled.*

"I don't think it's too urgent for us to move on. I think we should wait for everyone to get fully awake and for the night creatures to settle in for the day, and then we can continue on."

[Wahya Ayawisgi]

Wahya continues to eat until he has his fill. He looks around again, Guess it was just a stupid elk... Wahya looks to the elk to notice that there was still alot of it left to eat. "Guess there is no need to waste it, the others can have the rest."

Wahya grabs the neck of the elk and starts to drag it back to where the others are. As he drags it, a long blood trail lays in the grass and Wahya's ears twitch to the sound of something following.

Wahya stops and looks back.

Wahya continues to look a little longer before continuing to drag it back. The trail of blood had stopped now, but the sound of something following was still there.

[Rynn]

Rin had by this point laid back down and seemed to be nodding off again, a few minutes later she was out like a light again, curled up in a ball with her tail over her nose. Kaze opened one eye to look at his sleeping sister and chuckled before lifting his head and watching Hitoban and all them talk, he was glad that the alpha was alright, even though he didn't know him all that well. He stood and stretched and sat down close to his sister.

*Maname's ears perked and her siblings and Hitoban looked to her. Daisuke lifted his nose and sniffed, then shrugged to Hitoban. Hitoban tilted her head and Daisuke nodded his head in a direction and Hitoban and Maname rose silently.*

"We will return shortly. It seems something's come up and we want to check it out. Mar, please watch the others until we return."

*Hitoban and Maname took off at a quick trot and were soon out of sight.*

"What did you hear Maname?"

I don't really know. It sounded like someone dragging something big-probably Wahya dragging a kill since he's disappeared for the moment-and something following behind him. Daisuke didn't recognize the smell-too far away-so it could be anything.[/b]

*Hitoban picked up her pace, worried about Wahya, and Maname instinctively followed suit.*

Wahya continues to drag the elk, as the sound was still there following with every footstep. Wahya narrows his eyes as his temper was rising, he did not want to be stalked.

He stops and drops the elk by his paws as he turns around quickly with a snarl.

(silence)

"COME OUT!"

(silence)

Wahya continues to snarl as he looks around, nothing but the trees blowing in the wind. Now he heard something behind him, and it was coming at a faster pace, Wahya turns his head in the direction.

"QUIT PLAYING AROUND AND FACE ME!"

[Tsukikage]

Mar nodded, and followed them with his gaze until the group was out of sight. Tsuki wanted to go too, but Mar and Kage wouldn't allow it. "We've got a job to do here, Tsuki. You can't abandon your pack just for Hitoban." Kage said.
He knew his brother was right, but he felt like his heart was being torn from his body to follow her. "What is this? It's not like when my heart is hurt by my power... it's different..."
Mar smiled, "It's just another part of being in love. You can't stand to be without her, eh?"
Tsuki nodded pathetically, then gazed in the direction Hitoban had left in.
"Thought so..." Mar said sympathetically, "Just trust her. She's a big girl, and she's not alone. She'll be fine. What's more, this is her responsibility... yours too, when you're strong enough again, but you have to be able to put your pack ahead of what you want." The trio looked on, hoping that Hitoban and the others would be safe.

"What's the matter?" Shimo asked. The white figure emerged from a nearby tree branch to gaze down at Wahya. He blushed as he realized that he'd been following Wahya, "You aren't shouting at me, are you? I mean, I got a little worried when I saw you go off by yourself, so I decided to find you in when I woke up, and here you are." Then he saw it. A subtle sound bouncing around the trees. His countenance darkened, and his body tensed, prepping for an attack, "Something else is following you, isn't it?" The white wolf nodded to Tsubasa, who flew through the treetops and disappeared from view.
Shimo turned his attention back to Wahya, "Any idea what?"

Kuyaa snaps back and looks around from staring out in space. Noticing people were leaving she starts to stall a bit. Where did Wahya go? Should she look around for him? Should she go with the others he was with? She was confused and her head hurt.

She sits down and sighs. Finally she found Wahya again then she gets one of her episodes and gets left beind. She shakes her head to clear it as her hazel eyes look around to see who was left or if everyone left too.

*Hina looked to Kuyaa sympathetically. Surely it must be horrible to be the last to wake. She padded over to her, sulkily abandoning her jealousy for now, and smiled.*

Hi. I think I've told you I'm Hina, but I just thought I'd fill you in on a few things. We're going to Lady Hitoban and Lord Tsuki's pack home in a while and a few people have left. Wahya was the first to go, so Lady Hitoban and Maname, my sister, went after him. I don't really know where Shimo is, but he'll be back soon, I'm sure, and now we're just waiting for what happens next. Did you get all of that?

*Hina swished her tail anxiously and looked into the trees, wondering where Wahya had gone to.*
