Hina sighed as the wolves left, and smiled at Wahya when he asked if she felt welcome. Of course she did! She hadn't been around so many wolves at once since the days of her puphood, before things...went wrong.
Well of course. I can barely remember the last time I was around so many wolves at once. I will have to get used to it again.

Wahya laughs, "Well that is good to hear. I knew that they would take you in like one of their own."
Wahya looks back to the pack as they went on with their own business, "They are a great pack..." Wahya closes his eyes as he fights the tear, the only thing that struck him with fear and grief, how would he handle if he lost another pack in his life.

Hina saw the emotion Wahya was holding back but decided not to comment on it. As she looked around, she wondered what she was going to do next. She hadn't been in a pack in a while, and she'd never been a Beta of one. It was all quite new to her.
So what is there to do around here?

Wahya opens his eyes as he looks to Hina, "Well, there is always the hunt, a nice swim, climb the mountains of the area to observe our surroundings and plenty of other stuff."
Wahya chuckles, "Really whatever you feel like doing. There is always something to do."

Hina looked around and, seeing the large mountain, a smile crossed her lips. If there was one thing she loved, it was adventure. She turned to Wahya, a large grin on her features, and said I'd like to go hunting on that mountain.

Wahya catches her grin and gives a light chuckle, "If that is what you want to do, then we can do so." Wahya slowly looks over to the mountain and half grins.
"Kinda ironic... I could go for a meal right about now." He looks back to Hina as he motions toward the mountain, "You lead the way, I always think it is better to figure out the land if you actually find it yourself."

Hina nods and starts off. Sure thing. It seemed that walking there would take a very long time, but it might be better to save her energy. She planned on hunting big game. Mountain lions, mountain deer-the kind with the curly horns-that kind of thing. She was always up for a good fight.
When they arrived at the base of the mountain, Hina wasted no time marveling at the size of it and began her ascent to the top. Hopefully she would find something to fight before they got to the top, but then again maybe there would be some over-sized house cat waiting for her at the top. The thought of it made her steps quicker and lighter, hopping from rock to rock with the greatest of ease. Her siblings had once said that she had the agility of a cat, but she didn't think she was that great. Sure she could move quickly, but sometimes she had to rely on brute strength and her smaller size to overtake the larger predators.
She checked behind her to make sure Wahya was coming.

Wahya watches as she starts to walk toward the mountain, he looks to the pack as he starts to follow. They should be ok... they was ok while I was gone that whole time. Wahya looks back in front of him, he catches Hina staring at the mountain before starting her climb. He just chuckles lightly as he starts to follow.
As he follow behind her, he looks around at the trees and the grass as they blow in the breeze. He stops as he feels the wind run down his back, making his fur sway in the wind. He closes his eyes and lifts his head as he takes in the wind, he exhales and looks back in front of him to see Hina stopped.
"You do not have to wait for me," Wahya quickly leaps from rock to rock until he lands next to Hina with a smirk, "I know these lands very well." Wahya nudges her body as he starts to walk forward up the slant hill.

Hina smiled and shrugged. Okay. Whatever you say. She then took off at a fast pace-almost a run-up the mountain. She jumped from rock to rock and glided easily in between. She didn't look back, but did as she was told and didn't wait for Wahya.

Wahya watches as she quickly passes him and a smile runs across his face. He slowly follows in her steps as he looks around at his surroundings, still quiet. "A calm day.. seems so peaceful, if only it would stay forever."
Wahya looks back and starts to leap from rock to rock at a steady pace as he sees Hina disappearing into the trees.

Trees... Hina knew that wildlife live in the trees, so she slowed her pace and took on predator mode. The slightest twig snap made her twitch and she scanned the area with fierce, hawk-like eyes. She crept along silently, muscles tense, and searched for what would soon be her prey.

Wahya continues his pace then stops and sits, he looks to his paws and where he dream-weaver use to be, "Its odd now... I do not have that feeling anymore to hold back... but.."
Wahya turns and looks in a random direction, "It still feels like there is something wrong here..."

Blissfully unaware of Wahya's stop, a scent catches Hina's attention. Not a predator, but good enough. She skulked toward it and poked her head through the bush. A single moose buck, huge antlers, and apparently lost. He let out a call for whoever he was looking for, and she struck. She snuck up underneath him and, just as he realized she was there, she latched onto his throat. Vibrating growls escaped her as the moose shook her, but a bloody, toothy smile was on her lips the whole time.

Wahya's ears quickly perk to the sound of a moose call, he stands to his feet and sprints off in the direction of the call. When he breaks through the brush, he notices that Hina already had grabbed the moose by the throat. Wahya just chuckles for a moment before leaping onto the moose's back then clinches his teeth into the side of his body as he starts to shake his head violently.

The moose, upon feeling another set of teeth on him, whirled his head around with his antlers down. He hoped to pry the annoying thing off his back.
Hina took her claws and dug into the moose's chest, twisting and shaking her head to try and kill it.
