Plot:
Summer days grow longer, hotter then ever before. The nights get shorter and for once the wolves are trying to enjoy the nice cool summer air but once they enjoy it. The sun starts to rise and the heat starts to build up. These wolves are battling through something that is horrible during the day. A drought. A drought has hit the land of the wolves and the leaders are trying their best to keep their pack from dieing of thirst. They travel day and night to try and get to a place where water is still roaming. They look down on dry dirt seeing prints of the deer, so they decide to follow it but once they reach their destination the lake is dried up so they keep moving. As they move they think of happy thoughts. They are running in a grassy meadow by a river creek with high waters. They see a butterfly flying around and their playful pup comes out. They jump up to catch it. But, when they land they look down seeing just dry dirt and see that it is only a thought in their minds. That is how these wolves are trying to survive by imagining they are not really there.
