Kaze who had been napping next to his sister lifted his head at the distant sound of talking, he caught bits and pieces of the conversations and smiled, 'So,' he thought to himself, 'Dawns had her pups, finally something good happened to this pack...' He glanced down at Rin who was finally recovering from her illness, all signs of the illness were gone but she was still trying to regain her strength, she looked like she had been through hell, and in a way she had. Just about everyone of Rins' ribs were showing from not being able to eat anything while she was sick, and after being unable to walk for a whole season her legs had grown a little weak and she had to have a little help getting up sometimes. He knew she didn't like it when others helped her cause it made her feel weak and worthless but he knew that the others didn't see her as such, but trying to convince Rin of that was like talking to a boulder.
Rin opened her eyes and lifted her head as she felt Kaze move, she slowly pushed herself into a sitting position and then slowly stood, "Shall we go see the new arrivals?" Kaze nodded, "If your up for it.." Rin just rolled her eyes and slowly made her way towards the part of the den where the others were. Kaze stood and followed. Once they reached the others though Rin just sat at the entrance to the den and didn't go any further in, for she still believed that she didn't deserve to be around pups after what happened to hers and that she would bring bad luck to any pups she goes around so she was determined to either watch them from a distance or leave entirely, even through all her sickness she still remembered telling the others that it might be better if she left for good, though the others had told her otherwise she was still unsure.

[ooc]Lol don't be sorry for long posts! Long posts are good! ^^[/ooc]
Dawn watched as Kage eyed the pups, they not being able to eye him back, and smiled when she heard the name that had been chosen for the first born-the one that looked the most like her. Dusk. It was a wonderful name, she thought, and so did everyone else apparently, but Kage. He seemed embarrassed and she laughed a little. She reached her nose up to nuzzle his chest, and smiled. "That sounds like a perfect name for this little guy. Don't be so embarrassed!"
She looked at the last-born, the girl that looked like Kage. "Well if we're going by comparison to the one they look most like, we should call this one," she nosed her closer to Kage, "Tomoshibi, Shibi for short. Tomoshibi is light, and you are-excuse me for being too lovey-the light of my life." She smiled for effect and giggled a little. She was feeling very different from who she was before-more affectionate in her gestures at least. She thought Tomoshibi was a nice name, and hopefully Kage did too."

Kage smiled, and a tear dropped from his eye as he looked at Tomoshibi. "Little Tomo... Tomoshibi..." he whispered to the little one, almost cooing. "Your names are so much more poetic than mine, Love, but I'll try again." He gently nosed Tomoshibi back with the others and ran his emerald gaze across the group, almost as if waiting for some kind of inspiration. He glanced at Tsuki for a moment, and seemed to find it. "Hey, Dad..." he called. Mar was quickly at his side, lowering his massive head to the ground. "Would you mind if I named one of them Regal?" Kage asked. Mar smiled, his eyes filling with proud tears. "They're your children, son. You sired them, and as a father, it is your duty and your mate's to find the name within each of them that best suits them." "Then... perhaps Regal would not be such a good fit after all... I don't know. Dawn, I'm sure you have a male's name already for this one..." he nosed the little black one with the cinnamon marks. "What do you think?"

Dawn smiled, consumed in the happiness of the situation. She listened to Kage talking to Mar, asking him about the name Regal. Apparently it wouldn't suit him right, and so Kage was asking her again what she thought of for the other male's name. She thought for a while, looking at the little black and white pup, and tilted her head back and forth. Well, she said, he kind of resembles a night sky, so why not call him...Yozora? Yozora meant night sky, as far as she remembered. Since one looked like the dusk, the other could look like the night that comes after the dusk. A bit symbolic-the dusk coming before the night, and Dusk coming before Yozora. She smiled and looked at Kage. What do you think?

Kage growled and cringed a little. "Gah! How am I gonna remember all these names?!? I never thought it'd be this hard." He topped and grinned at Dawn, "Yozora seems a bit too fancy to me... n-not that it isn't a good name. How about something simpler, like... oh, I dunno, Carl, or something." His gaze shifted around and he let out another nervous little giggle. "Um... but not Carl, I'm not fond of Carl as a name. But definitely something shorter. And what about meanings? I mean, do all names have to mean something?" Tsuki smiled and head butted his brother. "Names have meaning as they are given. You and I were named at birth Lars and Regal. Your name has a rather obvious meaning, but my name is just a name. When we became Tsukikage, we were named after the moonlight that had bound us together. After that, you became my 'shadow', and the rest is history. So yes, names do mean something, but the meaning doesn't have to be profound or poetic, it can just be. So name from your heart -- don't think too hard about it." Kage nodded. Why do I seem to be the only one muddled up by all this? he thought to himself. He took another long look at the little male without a name... he was mostly black, so a name like Nero or Kuro would suit, but... there was something else, something... he couldn't quite place it. Maybe he was looking with a different eye, thanks to his brother's words. Either way, the pup's name remained just beyond his reach, but he'd know it when he heard it. "You certainly deserve a name, little guy..." he sighed. "It's just... you'll have to try and be patient with your old man." As Kage spoke, the little black one had wandered around and bumped into his father's nose. Not a sound was heard in reaction, but everyone could feel the collective smile they all wore...

Dawn couldn't understand Kage's trouble with naming them. She thought the names just sort of came to her, but if he didn't like Yozora, then another name could be thought of. She couldn't really think of a name for the little black and silver pup, though she pondered for a long while. Everything she thought of sounded too...feminine. "Well why don't you name him Kage? I'm sure if you just...look at him long enough, a name will come to you. My names are all too girlish for a boy anyway."

Kage smiled pathetically at his mate. "This all seems to come so easily to you..." he replied. He turned his eye back to the black pup...
...
...
...
Gah! This is taking too long! Everyone's staring at me! I -- His thoughts were interrupted by another soft little thud against his nose, and suddenly he couldn't help but be happy again. It was as if all the darkness of his worry and anxiety had been shattered by the little black pup, for which his father was immensely thankful. Kage smiled again, and nodded his head slightly. "I know this is gonna sound odd," He began, "but... I'd like to name him... Hikaru. Or perhaps Lior, or Lucian. Any of those work, Dawn?"

Dawn smiled at her mate. He did seem to having a rough time of it. She still couldn't understand, but it was all okay as long as he loved them. If he loved them, names didn't even matter. He suggested three names, all of which were fine, but she liked the first the best.
"I rather like Hikaru, if that's what you'd like to name him. If I had to pick, I think I like it best of the three." She smiled again at him, hoping to make him feel better. His self-esteem was oddly low recently.

Kage blushed and smiled nervously. "Hikaru it is, then." He lowered his head back down to the pup's level and opened his one eye to look at the little black one. "Is that okay with you, little guy?" He asked, not really expecting an answer. Hikaru just wandered his way around his mother's belly, searching for some milk. Unfortunately, it was a bit crowded, and he ended up getting pushed away by his siblings. Kage smiled and pushed a little space for the pup to feed, glancing up at Dawn the whole time, as if to ask if it was okay. He sat back up and watched them all, just wriggling and squirming as they sucked for their breakfast. "So," he smiled at Dawn, "Just one left, huh?"

Even through bad times for the Full Moon Alpha, Wahya, he had got the great news of new life coming into the world. He made sure he had secured his pack before leaving with Hina to Hitoban's Territory to see everyone. Wahya thinks of what he told Nasgi as he and Hina walk along toward the entrance to the Grotto, "Nasgi, I can not stress on how important we must keep the pack together before the fight. Keep watches tight and careful, I shall return from my trip and we will proceed with the plan." Wahya made sure not to mention names or places to make sure no outside ears could know where he was heading.
Wahya exhales heavily as they reach the water edge before diving to the entrance, looking to Hina, "Hina... This will be hard for me as well, but do not show any emotion of bad news on our part." Wahya pauses for a moment before chuckling, "I am pretty sure you already know what I mean so that we do not ruin anyone's day due to our problem at home.." Wahya looks back to the water, staring at his reflection, "I have already ruined others days with him in me, I do not want to do the same even with him out of me. I am sure you understand."

Tsuki was suddenly distracted as the new presence entered the grotto, so he silently slipped away from the crowd to investigate. When he found Wahya and HIna were their invaders, he was overjoyed, but his heart brought him a bad feeling from them... something was off, no matter how hard they might try to hide it, though he could never tell what exactly it was just by a feeling -- more information was needed... He approached them silently and spoke in hushed tones, "It's good to see you, old friend. You too, Hina. Is there anything I can do to help, or is this a social call?" He decided it'd be best to leave any unpleasantness at Wahya's discretion to tell.

Dawn smiled at Hikaru, and didn't mind Kage moving a few out of the way for him to get some food. There was only one unnamed pup left. She hardly moved at all, though she called out constantly. Dawn tilted her head, confused and slightly amused at her strange behavior. Before she could begin thinking about what to call her, she smelled someone familiar. Tsuki slipped away, but Dawn didn't bother. She could tell by their smell that it was Wahya and Hina, coming for a visit. Maname got a strange look of joy, surprise, and possibly...fear? She too, slipped out of the room to go and greet her sister.
Hina couldn't stop her worrying. She had agreed to go along with Wahya to see Dawn's pups, but she was worried about the pack. She, being the Beta, was in charge of the pack when the Alpha was gone, but she couldn't be in charge if she wasn't there. She was also worried about Maname. How would she handle seeing her again? It was inevitable, of course, that they were going to see each other again, but soon Hina would have to leave, and Maname would have to stay, and they would have to say goodbye again. Still, she entered the grotto with Wahya and smiled at Tsuki with a dip of her head when he approached them. It was not her place to answer, so she just watched as Maname came out of a room in the healer's wing. She smiled at her sister, and Maname smiled back. It wasn't the time to greet each other yet, however, so Maname just sat a little ways back, waiting for the others to finish talking.

Rin stifled a yawn and turned away from the others to go lay back down, she had exausted what store of energy she had and needed to go lay back down, she took one last glace at the others before slowly making her way back to the nest she had been sleeping in, she heard familiar voices and rotated her ears to hear them, upon hearing that it was Whaya and Hina she smiled but stuck to the shadows as she made her way back to the den not wanting to worry them with her haggard looking appearance , expecially with her ribs still highly visible through her fur. Once back in her nest she tiredly curled up into a ball and closed her eyes, but sleep would not come to her so she just napped and listened to the others.

A smile comes across Wahya's face as he sees Tsuki walk to them, "Tsuki, glad to see you are well. I am guessing that everyone is doing well, you, Hitoban, the pack and everyone else."
Wahya knew Tsuki, and if Wahya thought right, Tsuki surely asked if something needed done because he could pick up Wahya's hidden feelings, "There is nothing needed to be done by you or the others, I am just giving my presence in honor of this day." Wahya held his tongue to the truth, he would ask for assistance, but he did not want to mention Giga's name here. "
Wahya looks behind him to see Maname, he gives her a bow of the head before looking to Tsuki, "So tell me Tsuki, how are Dawn and Kage taking everything and have the pups came along with no problems?"

Tsuki smiled and nodded. "So you've heard. Yes, they're doing well. All the pups were born without a hitch, except little Kazuko... she's just missing a foot, so it's nothing life-threatening. As for the rest of us..." Tsuki glanced back through the cave, his smile fading away. "Rin's health seems to be failing her, and Kage and I have been asleep for quite some time. We only woke up just today... good thing we did, too. But we'll leave unpleasant matters for later, right now, you must come see the pups!" He smiled and led the way to the others.
Meanwhile, Kage was frantically trying to get the last little girl to stop crying. "Shh, now now, come on, little girl. Your mom's over here, see?" He nosed her toward Dawn.
